Rob Wood is an APDG nominated Production Designer and Art Director, who has worked in the Australian film and television industry for more than 25 years.
Rob is most well known for his work on five seasons of the successful Stan series Bump and in 2025 also designed the Bump Christmas Movie. Rob has also designed Mother and Son for the ABC and Dead Lucky for SBS.
In 2016 Rob production designed the landmark ABC Indigenous science-fiction series Cleverman (Goalpost Pictures for ABC& Sundance TV), and garnered an Australian Production Design Guild nomination for his work.
As an Art Director, Rob has worked on Return to Paradise (ABC), House of Gods (ABC), The Last Days of the Space Age (Disney+),The Commons (Stan), Upright (Foxtel), Pine Gap (ABC), Total Control (ABC), as well as four series of the acclaimed television series Rake (Essential Media for ABC).
His set decoration and dressing roles have included the feature films Australia, The Wolverine, The Great Gatsby, Tomorrow When the War Began as well as television series Underbelly Razor, and Paper Giants – The Birth of Cleo.
Rob's first feature film to design was indie feature Harmony in 2016.
